Website Terms

Early access
DraftCore offers SIFDR on an early-access basis to firms it onboards directly. Participation is arranged with DraftCore rather than through self-service signup.
One free month. Participating firms receive one month of SIFDR at no charge — the full product, with no features held back during the free month. The month begins on the day DraftCore sets the firm up with access. No payment method is required to begin, and no charge is made during this period.
No automatic renewal or charge. The free month does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. Nothing renews on its own. At the end of the free month, DraftCore and the firm discuss what the firm saw, and whether to continue is the firm’s decision. Any continuation is arranged separately and requires the firm’s express agreement to commercial terms agreed at that time.
Ending participation. The firm may end participation at any time, for any reason, without penalty or further obligation. DraftCore may end participation if SIFDR is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms, or if DraftCore discontinues early access, and will tell the firm if it does. No charge arises from ending participation on either side.
Product status. SIFDR is provided on an as-is basis during early access. It is in active testing and is not represented as enterprise-ready. DraftCore does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and offers no service-level commitment during this period.
Professional review. SIFDR prepares and structures drawing files. All engineering decisions, and all outputs used in issued documents, remain subject to review and approval by a qualified licensed professional. Nothing produced by SIFDR constitutes engineering judgment or a sealed deliverable.
Products under development
This website describes products and capabilities that may be under development. Features, timing, specifications, integrations, and commercial terms may change.
No engineering advice
Website content is informational and does not constitute engineering services, code advice, or a substitute for review by qualified professionals.
SIFDR output. SIFDR is a tool that assists an engineer’s work. It is not the final word, and it is not a compliance engine. Nothing it produces is verified, validated, checked, compliant, certified, approved, or ready to issue, and nothing it produces reduces or shares the responsibility of the licensed professional. The engineer reviews the plans for accuracy, and the stamp is theirs.
Intellectual property
DraftCore, SIFDR, associated logos, website content, software concepts, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders.
Updates to these terms
